Bright Cause shortlisted for Partner of the Year at the Insight in Fundraising Awards

Bright Cause has been shortlisted for Partner of the Year at the Insight in Fundraising Awards, run by the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.

The awards celebrate excellence in data-led fundraising and communications across the charity sector, recognising organisations and individuals using insight and evidence to strengthen impact and decision-making. The awards ceremony will take place in April 2026.

In addition to the Partner of the Year shortlist, Bright Cause’s Head of Communications and Campaigns Abi Aldridge has also been shortlisted for a Data Hero Award, recognising the role of data and insight in effective charity communications and fundraising.

Bright Cause is also proud to be a sponsor of the Charity Team of the Year award, supporting the celebration of teams delivering outstanding fundraising work across the sector.

Recognition for collaborative, data-informed work

The Partner of the Year shortlist reflects Bright Cause’s approach to working alongside charities as a strategic partner - supporting teams with communications, fundraising and brand work that is practical, insight-led and grounded in real-world capacity.

Across projects, Bright Cause focuses on helping organisations:

  • use data and audience insight to shape clearer messages

  • prioritise channels and activity realistically

  • support fundraising with evidence-led communications

  • reduce pressure on small, stretched teams by bringing clarity and structure

The Data Hero shortlist further highlights the growing recognition of data-informed communications as a core part of effective fundraising and engagement - particularly within charities where teams are often small and resources limited.

Looking ahead

Being shortlisted in two categories, alongside sponsoring Charity Team of the Year, is a proud moment for Bright Cause and a reflection of the charities and partners the team works alongside.

The Insight in Fundraising Awards ceremony will take place in April 2026.
